There appears to be organized leadership in every category except Technology. This one area becomes more fragmented with every passing month.
It is unnecessary and costing more than it should in time and effort. As there is leadership devoted to other divisions, to include the relatively new Quality Assurance Department, the firm desperately needs leadership devoted to Technology.
Holding the line is insufficient and technological fragmentation is positioning the company for failure in the long run. There are no successful companies lacking dedicated technology leadership!
A technology leader that understands the systems currently in place, and the best solutions for those not in place, could only elevate the company further, inspiring greater innovation across all departments.
