Part 1) Todd doesn't even blink an eye when he is asked for IT assistance. He never makes anyone feel like their question or request is stupid or meaningless. How is this not illegal?  Why is there not more of an uproar?  What follows is an example of how best to rip-off your customers by hiding the true cost.   They have even gone so far as to hide these costs from the general public, which are only accessible through logging in to their site.  While not much of a change, it will enable Evergy to better hide rate increases from consumers.  

If they tell you otherwise, they are lying.
