Appointments Tracking

The Appointments Power BI report is intended to monitor appointment documentation and follow-up activity across programs. It supports Health Team, QA, and operational review by identifying completed appointments that are missing required documentation, scheduled or unresolved appointments needing status updates, and appointment activity trends by program, individual, specialty, and status.

Completed displays appointments in Completed status that are missing either attachments, results, or both. The visible page is filtered to completed appointments and currently shows missing documentation for appointments

Scheduled Appointments displays scheduled, unscheduled, and blank-status appointments for the prior month, current month, and future dates. The report metadata identifies visuals for Scheduled Appointments and Appointment Follow-Up.

All Data is an unfiltered appointments data. It is intended to provide the underlying appointment detail before narrowing to specific status or documentation conditions.

Influencers displays influencers for appointments with statuses of Cancelled, Declined, Missed, Not Scheduled, or Re-scheduled.

The IDT Summary page displays non-compliant appointment status activity over the past 13 calendar months, using a rule based on whether appointments remain non-compliant at least three days after the appointment date. It includes measures such as Appt Non Compliant, Appt Compliant, Status Update Needed, and Appt NonCompliant %.
