Demographics Report


The Demographics report provides demographic analysis for both individuals served and employees. It supports population analysis, workforce diversity review, age and enrollment trend analysis, residential population monitoring, and demographic comparisons between staff and the populations served. Certain demographic information is intentionally limited to support HIPAA and PII protection requirements.

Individuals Served

The Individuals Served page serves as the primary demographic analysis page for persons served. It provides demographic breakdowns by age, race, ethnicity, geographic location, birthplace, and program participation.

The page allows users to:

  • Analyze individuals served by age group.
  • Review race and ethnicity distributions.
  • Review demographic trends by residential city and county.
  • Analyze individuals by birthplace.
  • Review demographic characteristics by program.
  • Filter data by age, city, county, and program type.
  • Support population and service planning activities.


Average Age

The Average Age page serves as the enrollment-age analysis page for individuals served. It focuses on age at enrollment across programs and reporting years.

  • Review average enrollment age across programs.
  • Analyze enrollment age trends over time.
  • Compare enrollment ages between program groups.
  • Review average age by year.
  • Analyze generalized program enrollment trends.
  • Filter results by program and year range.


Population

The Population page serves as the residential population monitoring page for Community Living homes. It utilizes data from the House Lookup system maintained by UPM and Information Systems.

  • Review population counts within Life Unlimited homes.
  • Analyze resident counts by home type.
  • Review occupancy patterns.
  • Compare Group Home and ISL populations.
  • Analyze residential distribution by county.

Staff

The Staff page serves as the workforce demographic analysis page. It provides demographic information for employees using ProLiant workforce data.
