Training Variance Report

The Training Variance report provides data and analysis for Missouri DD training tracking and training variance reporting. It compares Workforce training hours against Relias course completion hours, identifies discrepancies between systems, monitors MO DD training completion, and supports Training Department review and follow-up activities.

WF Comparison

The WF Comparison page serves as the primary monitoring page for identifying differences between Workforce training hours and Relias course completion hours. It highlights variances between reported workforce hours and training credit hours and provides visibility into individuals with unusual or missing training activity.

The page allows users to:

• Compare Workforce hours against Relias training hours.
• Review training variances by employee.
• Identify individuals with the highest variances during the previous 30 days.
• Analyze variance trends over the previous 13 calendar months.
• Review individual course hours and total credit hours.
• Analyze training activity by location.
• Review training activity by employee tenure and level.

MODD Completion

The MODD Completion page serves as the primary monitoring page for Missouri DD training completion status. It provides visibility into employee progress toward MODD training requirements and tracks completion levels across the workforce.

The page allows users to:

• Review MODD training completion status.
• Monitor employee progress through Missouri DD training levels.
• Analyze Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 completion rates.
• Identify employees currently in progress.
• Review completion performance by tenure group.

Direct Care Hours

The Direct Care Hours page serves as the operational review page for direct-care training hours recorded in Workforce. It helps Training leadership monitor training-related labor hours and evaluate time reported toward training activities.

The page allows users to:

• Review Workforce training hours.
• Monitor hours reported to training-related teams and functions.
• Compare training activity across employees and locations.
• Support validation of reported training hours.

Join Validation

The Join Validation page serves as the data-quality review page for Workforce and Relias integration. It identifies records that do not successfully match between systems and supports correction of employee-name mismatches.

• Identify Workforce records that do not match Relias records.

• Investigate join failures between Workforce and Relias.
