In developing a Power BI Report to track hours worked for clients against actual hours billed, inaccurate billing practices were uncovered, which had cost the firm approximately $35k in lost revenue during the past 6 months. Due to a change in billing methods prior to that time, it is difficult to ascertain exactly how much had been lost prior to that, but it is assumed that held much the same pace.
