The Classroom Evaluations report provides a centralized view of classroom training evaluation results, enabling users to monitor participant satisfaction, analyze rating trends, and review feedback comments for completed training sessions.

Overview

This page displays the main evaluation results across time. It includes a trend-style visual for average scores by quarter, along with a detailed table showing monthly average scores for each evaluation question, including objectives, participation, relevance, content, materials, usefulness, trainer knowledge, trainer organization, objectives met, time, and facilities. The page also includes filters for Date, Instructor, and Training.

Categories 

This breaks the evaluation results into grouped reporting categories. It includes visuals for Overall, Course, Instructor, and Time & Space, allowing users to compare how different parts of the classroom training experience are rated over time. The Course category includes objectives, materials, relevance, content, and usefulness. The Instructor category includes trainer knowledge, trainer organization, objectives met, and participation. The Time & Space category includes training time and room/facility adequacy.

Comments 

A simple page displaying open-ended evaluation feedback from participants. Available comment fields include Suggestions and Likes, allowing users to review qualitative comments tied to classroom training evaluations.
