Emergency Drills Report


The Emergency Drills report monitors completion of required emergency preparedness drills across Community Living programs. It helps leadership and program staff track drill compliance, evaluate completion rates, identify missed drills, review long-term trends, and monitor fire drill performance and duration.

Progress

The Progress page shows progress toward completion of the drills required for the current month. It focuses on current-period compliance and allows users to review drill completion by location and program. Key visuals include current month drill counts and completion averages.


Trend

The Trend page displays the trend of required emergency drills across the past 13 calendar months. It is used to monitor long-term drill compliance patterns and identify improvements or declines in completion performance over time.

Completion

The Completion page provides drill completion results by program, individual, and staff over the last 13 calendar months. It includes completion percentages and supporting detail used to identify locations or individuals that may not be meeting drill requirements.


Drill Counts

The Drill Counts page shows drill activity counts and required exercises for the prior month. It allows users to compare the number of drills performed against expected drill requirements.


Fire Drill Durations

The Fire Drill Durations page analyzes the duration of fire drills. It includes drill timing information such as start time, end time, and drill duration, allowing users to identify unusually short or long evacuation exercises and review the quickest fire drills.


Version Notes

The Version Notes page documents report calculations, drill completion methodology, business rules, expected-drill calculations, and report limitations. It also contains technical notes explaining how completion percentages and averages are derived and guidance on interpreting the results.
