  • Analyze average days required to close work orders.
  • Review completed work by maintenance type.

Actual vs Estimate

The Actual vs Estimate page serves as the labor-efficiency analysis page for completed maintenance work. It compares estimated work hours to actual labor hours spent on work orders.

The page allows users to:

  • Identify work orders that exceeded estimated effort.
  • Review average overage and underage hours.
