Closed Work Orders

The page allows users to:

• Review completed work orders over the previous 13 calendar months.
• Analyze average days required to close work orders.
• Review completed work by maintenance type.
• Monitor completion trends over time.
• Review technician performance and closure activity.

Actual vs Estimate

The Actual vs Estimate page serves as the labor-efficiency analysis page for completed maintenance work. It compares estimated work hours to actual labor hours spent on work orders.

The page allows users to:

• Compare actual labor hours to estimated hours.
• Identify work orders that exceeded estimated effort.
• Review average overage and underage hours.
• Analyze variance by assigned staff.
• Monitor maintenance planning accuracy.

Vehicles
