Turnover Geography Report

 

The Turnover Geography report identifies employee turnover rates by geographic area using employee ZIP code information. It is used by Human Resources and External Relations to analyze turnover patterns geographically, identify areas with higher turnover rates, support workforce planning efforts, and better understand employee retention trends across service regions. The report updates monthly.

Turnover Data

The Turnover Data page provides detailed turnover metrics and trend analysis over time.  It serves as the primary turnover analysis and workforce retention monitoring page.

The page allows users to:

• Review employee turnover rates over the past 13 months.
• Monitor employee counts and employee exits.
• Analyze turnover trends over time.
• Review detailed turnover records by reporting period.
• Compare turnover activity against workforce size.

Turnover Map

The Turnover Map page provides a geographic visualization of employee turnover rates by ZIP code.  It serves as the report's geographic workforce and retention analysis page.

The page allows users to:

• View turnover rates geographically.
• Identify regions with elevated turnover.
• Compare turnover across service areas.
• Select areas on the map to filter supporting data.
• Drill into turnover metrics associated with specific geographic regions

Version Notes

The Version Notes page documents report calculations, business rules, data source changes, enhancement history, and report maintenance activities. It serves as the technical documentation for the report and provides reference information for users who need to understand how the report is built, maintained, and updated.
