Classroom Evaluations


The Classroom Evaluations report provides analysis of classroom training evaluations submitted by participants. It helps Training leadership evaluate course effectiveness, instructor performance, training relevance, participant satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement. The report updates nightly.

Overview

The Overview page serves as the primary dashboard for classroom training evaluation results. It provides a summarized view of participant ratings and overall training performance across courses and reporting periods.

The page allows users to:

  • Review overall classroom evaluation scores.
  • Monitor average training satisfaction ratings.
  • Analyze evaluation trends over time.
  • Compare training performance across courses.
  • Identify strengths and improvement opportunities.


Categories

The Categories page serves as the detailed analysis page for classroom evaluation categories. It groups survey results into the three evaluation areas defined by the Training Department: Course, Instructor, and Time & Space.

The page allows users to review feedback related to:

  • Course
    • Training objectives were clearly defined.
    • Materials and handouts were helpful.
    • Topics were relevant.
    • Content was organized and easy to follow.
    • Training will be useful in the participant's work.
